Heather Ridge is a subdivision of 155 custom built homes and duplexes. There are 48 duplex homes and 107 single-family homes. Each home has premium features such as:
· concrete driveways
· brick facades
· large lots with at least twenty foot easements between every neighboring home.
All our homes are custom built and are unique from any other in our subdivision. Heather Ridge has a beautiful tree lined entrance, flower gardens, a children’s play lot and four stocked fishing lakes.
The children’s play lot has 4 swings, two slides, a suspension bridge, children’s agility tasks, a basketball practice court, benches and a picnic table. Our four lakes are stocked with minnows, bluegills, crappie, and largemouth bass providing some of the best catch and release fishing in the area. Each lake has a thirty-foot shoreline easement surrounding the lake which ensures everyone complete access to all lakes.
Our homeowners are fortunate to enjoy many fine amenities at a minimal cost because instead of paying for expensive outside administration of our Homeowners Association our Association is administered by a group of homeowner volunteers. This group manages and maintains the grass cutting, plantings, fertilizing, soil and aquatic weed control, insurance of the ponds, beautification projects, taxes, legal fees, and any interests or concerns brought forward by any homeowner. The Homeowner Association operates under the rules and guidelines set forth in our Subdivision Covenant. The association operates through a nominal yearly association fee paid by each homeowner in Heather Ridge.

If you are an attorney or a mortgage underwriter and require information regarding the assessments at an address, please send your request via email to email@example.com and someone will respond within 72 hours. Requests need to be received at least 5 business days prior to a closing or other need for paperwork from the association. All homeowners must be current on all dues in order for paperwork to be released for a closing.
